We finally received an issue of Weddings By The Ritz Carlton Magazine and here's their photo shoot that featured 3 cakes we created. These pics definitely look better than the ones we took!
As you will read... each page implies that each creation is that of a different pastry chef at various Ritz Carlton's worldwide... well except for the tiny line on the bottom of first page that says we made them all... Classic! :)
